JD for Fundraising Intern 

Duration : 3 months to 6 months (Can extend to 1 year)


  • Post Graduate with good understanding of CSR & ESG
  • Good knowledge of Biodiversity/ Climate Science/ Environmental Science/ Natural Science or related disciplines

  • 6 months - 2 years.
  • Exposure in Fundraising is essential.

Key Deliverables:
  • Effectively convey the organisation's vision, mission and programs to donors and stakeholders
  • Identify prospective individuals, foundations and corporate don
  • Write grant applications and fundraising proposals
  • Research, plan, strategise and successfully execute all fundraising campaigns
  • Organise fundraising events while overseeing teams of volunteers
  • Manage & maintain donor relationship
  • Budget management & tracking financial goals
  • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders

  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to multi-task and display a strong result-oriented approach

Man-O-Sansar will not pay a stipend to students who are pursuing the internship as part of their completion of studies (academic courses). However, others interested in an internship with Man-O-Sansar, may be paid stipend based on their experience. Company's decision on this shall be final

Internship certificate shall be issued to interns on successful completion of their internship assignments and reports
